A custom made stainless steel chimney cap was placed on top of the chimney which is both aesthetically appealing and acts as a deterrent for any rodents gaining entry to the chimney

Waterproofing & Restoration on South Bay Mental Health in Brockton, MA

It’s been a busy summer season for Team Gilrace. Gilrace Masonry & Waterproofing Inc. has completed a total restoration and waterproofing on 100% of building at South Bay Mental Health, 1115 W Chestnut St Brockton, MA. Which also included re caulking windows and repointed brick work on all facades of the building in July 2013.
