Roger Rice is the founder of the firm, he has over 32 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a licensed construction supervisor with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His daily activities consist of job site supervision, estimating and sales. Mr. Rice ensures that all of his projects are completed in a timely fashion, within budget and with the quality his clients deserve.

Deirdre Rice, a business studies graduate with a bachelor’s degree, assists in the day-to-day activities of assuring quality in all projects as well as handling the day to day operations of the company.
