We originally restored the front façade of this Chinatown building a couple of years ago — now we’re back on site taking care of the rear elevation due to ongoing water infiltration and deterioration.

Scope of work includes:

✔️ Brick repointing throughout the rear wall

✔️ Replacement of deteriorated/rusted steel lintels

✔️ Installation of new galvanized lintels for durability

✔️ Caulking and waterproofing to stop active leaks

Over time, water intrusion caused the existing lintels to corrode and expand, compromising the surrounding masonry — we’re correcting it properly to ensure long-term structural integrity.
